These are the first two forms you will need to complete: Information About Brokerage Servces - 1 page. TAR Application - 4 pages.
- Request for Rental History
A non-refundable application fee of $75 per applicant, full security deposit and "Rental App Information and Qualifying Criteria" must be submitted in order for an application to be considered or processed. If the application is not approved the security deposit will be refunded in full.
