2. One time "Find a Tenant" where we advertize your property, screen applicants, execute leases on your behalf, get the tenants moved in. After the tenant is set in the home we turn it back to you. This program is generally utilized by local owners who want good tenants who have been thoroughly screened and qualified, but who do not need ongoing "boots on the ground" services throughout the year.
